<p>In a bid to restraint and ultimately destroy terrorism, social networking websites, search engines and the likes, have being contributing to this goal for some time now.</p> <p>Social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter have begun deleting accounts on their websites that preach terrorism or sale as a storefront for recruiting and radicalizing impressionable individuals.</p> <p>Search Google has also removed all terrorism related links from popping up in searches and programmed terrorism related searches to bring up anti-terrorism links.</p> <p>The efforts of these internet based networking websites and search engines seems to be yielding fruit, looking at a recent threat made at Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey, from a positive angle.</p> <p>This threat was issued through a 25mins long video, in which terrorist group ISIS, threatened to delete10 accounts for every one that Facebook or Twitter shutdown and eventually promises to &ldquo;delete&rdquo; the sites entirely.</p> <p>According to news source, Vocativ, who obtained the video from a Pro-ISIS hacking group, state that the video clip shows a picture of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey was shown riddled with bullets (the photo is the one used as this post image).&nbsp;</p> <p>Also, the video is said to show the Pro-ISIS hacking group, called &lsquo;the sons of the Caliphate army&rsquo; hacking Facebook and Twitter accounts by changing profile pictures and posting ISIS materials and propaganda on the platforms. ISIS claims it hacked more than 10,000 Facebook accounts, more than 150 Facebook groups and more than 5,000 accounts on Twitter. &ldquo;Many of these accounts have been given to supporters.&rdquo;</p> <p>This recent outburst shows nothing but the growing irritation of ISIS as their recruitment operation is taking severe hit, haven lost major storefronts (accounts) on these very popular social networking sites.</p> <p>Twitter reported earlier this month to have closed 125,000 accounts for threatening or posting terrorism related content between last year and this present time. Facebook also said that it works to ensure that terrorists don&rsquo;t use the site and deletes content supporting terrorism.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
